The She Leads Mentorship and Scholarship Program is designed to empower aspiring young women who have been impacted by parental incarceration. The program feature consists of building and developing her own community service initiative. She is paired with a dedicated mentor who will support and guide her in cultivating her vision.

Through one-on-one relationships, the mentee will gain essential skills in financial management, discipline, professionalism, and goal alignment. The mentorship is designed to help her connect her passions with her long-term academic and career aspirations.

Upon completing the program, the mentee will have the opportunity to present the scholarship funds she raised through her initiative to a like-minded peer—someone whose goals and values reflect her own.

The purpose of She Leads is to equip young women with the tools to start, launch, and grow initiatives that not only uplift their communities but also provide them with invaluable leadership experience. This program sets the foundation for future academic success and meaningful professional impact.
